Gluten Free Wedding Cake

This delicious cake is made with multiple alternating layers of almond meringue, chocolate torte and buttercream.  Then the cake is covered in rich chocolate ganache and the piping is in chocolate buttercream.  The cake can be made in smaller versions for birthdays, anniversaries or other celebrations.
