Sarah Bernhardts - Chocolate Ganache on an Almond Macaroon



One of our most famous desserts at the Solvang Bakery are our Sarah Bernhardts.
The picture above is of the mini ones that we make for special orders. We sell the traditional ones in the front of the bakery. They are a rich chocolate ganache on an almond macaroon that is then hand-dipped in chocolate.
